What information should I have when I open a
trouble ticket? |

At minimum, you should be ready to provide your address,
Company name, circuit ID/telephone number and a detailed description of the
problem. |

Where do I find my circuit ID? |
| A. |
The circuit ID is located on a tag on your smart jack. Your
Service Representative may have also provided this information to you when you
obtained service. Your local sales office can supply your circuit ID as well. |

Can you find my circuit ID if I give other
information such as Company name? |

Yes. However, if you have more than one circuit or account,
this search can take time. To ensure swift assistance, please try to have the
circuit ID information when you call in a trouble report. |

Can you find my Xspedius circuit ID if I
give my Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) circuit ID? |

To ensure swift assistance, please try to have the Xspedius
circuit ID information when you call in a trouble ticket. However, we may be
able to search for this information with an LEC circuit ID. |

Whom should I contact about a problem with
my long-distance service? |

If you have long-distance service through Xspedius, please
contact our Trouble Management Group at 1-800-937-7473.
If another company provides your long distance, please contact
that service provider to open a ticket.

Call I call-forward my number to another
number? |
| A. |
If you do not have call-forwarding with Xspedius, you can
add this feature in the event of an outage. Please remember you can only
forward your phone number to another local Xspedius number for a limited time
until your service is restored. |
